Refund policy
Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product is unopened, unused, and the packaging is in the same condition it was sold in. The product must have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@llsr.com and include your order number and name that it was purchased under. You must initiate a return and get approval before you return your item to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to pack the product appropriately (ideally the box it was originally shipped in) to avoid damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are not included within the return policy are: all used, demo or consignment items, media (memory cards, hard drives, etc.) expendables (batteries, light bulbs, tape, lens cleaning products, fog or hazer fluid), custom cables, spare parts, or special order items.
Re-Stocking Fee:
All returned opened items are subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
