1 Day: Standard day rate.
+1 Day: Additional days beyond 1 and up to 4 days at normal rate.
5 Days: 5 Day week, client is charged 3 days at standard day rate.
7 Days: 7 Day week, client is charged 4 days at standard day rate.
AUDIO 7 Days: 7 Day week, client is charged 3 days at standard day rate.
Weekend: Saturday / Sunday, client is charged 1.5 (day and a half) for weekend.
Month: Normal rate is 12 days for the month. Personalized Quotes are recommended.

Please Call Ahead for all rentals packages, to allow for preparation time and for availability. NORMAL pick up time for all equipment is the day before* the rental, at or after 2:00PM (1400hr) local time. Special arrangements may be made ahead of time under certain circumstances agreed upon with Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc.
* Please note our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Normal drop off is the day after the rental period* at or prior to 10:00AM (1000hr) local time. Please note that equipment returned after 10:00AM (1000hr) local time, may be subject to a penalty, unless a written approval is signed by a rentals agent at Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc.

Shipping and costs to and from Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. is the soul responsibility of the renter.

We accept Cash, Inter ac, Visa, Master Card and Amex. Equipment must be paid in advance, unless client has an active account with Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals, Inc. If the client can not pay for the rental at the time of pickup, the full amount must be pre-authourized on their credit card. 1. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the rental equipment listed on the Rentals Contract. The Renter has examined and tested said equipment, and accepts same in good condition.
   
   
2. Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. cannot assume responsibility or liability or make any representation for the performance of said equipment. The Renter discharges the owner of all damages whatsoever, resulting from the performance and/or malfunctioning of said equipment, whether or not there is fault or negligence of the owner, or any person for which he is responsible for.
   
   
3. Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. requires that said equipment be insured to full replacement value by the Renter before it leaves the premises.
   
   
4. The Renter hereby agrees to professionally repair said equipment should there be damage, loss or theft of same rental period, and to compensate Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. in rent for any time lost as a result of the need for making repairs or replacing equipment or parts thereof, as determined by Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc.
   
   
5. Rental Equipment can be picked up after 2:00PM on the designated day for pick-up. All rentals are subject to payment in full, upon taking the equipment unless proper credit arrangements have been made in advance.
   
   
6. Rental equipment shall be returned to the premises of Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. Any rental equipment not returned prior to 10:00AM of the day following the rental period, will be charged for that day.
   
   
7. All shipping to and from the premises of Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. are the responsibility of the Renter. Said equipment shall be delivered to the Renter at his/her own risk, cost and expense. Acceptance or returned equipment does not constitue a waiver of the Renter's responsibility for damage or loss.
   
   
8. All cancellations must be declared 24 hours before commencement of the rental period. Cancellations declared with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% penalty fee of that rental for one day.
   
   
9. The Renter shall not unrelease said equipment or loan same to any person, firm or corporation and said equipment shall remain at all times under immediate control, supervision and direction of the Renter.
   
   
10. The Renter agrees not to remove or cover any tag or name plate on said equipment, unless written permission is established.
    
    
11. We are not responsible for Renter negligence.
    
    
12. The contract shall be governed by and subject to the laws of The Province of British Columbia.
    
    

Any equipment damaged, lost or stolen is the responsibility of the client. All clients must present picture ID upon pick up. Pre Authorizations for replacement of equipment under $10,000 may be arranged in leu of insurance, for equipment valued over $10,000 proof of insurance is required. Please list Lorne Laphams Sales & Rentals Inc. as the loss payee on you certificate . Please call for further information.

If you have insurance coverage please supply us with an insurance contract at least 24 hours in advance, naming Lorne Lapham Sales & Rentals Inc. as Loss Payee for replacement value of equipment
